There are various factor affecting growth; genes, nutrition and an individual's over-all health. When your genes fails to give your desired height, you can still resort to nutrition as a boosting factor to maximize your growth potential. And of course, there will always be 'sleep', to help out too. Does sleeping really affects our growth? Yes, certainly, sleeping is a good way of adding an inch or two to your current height.

You might ask how? When we sleep, we lay flat on our back,resting our spine while it releases all the pressure. And also, human growth hormone (HGH) functions at its optimum when our body is deep rested between 10pm-4Pm.

Our body needs at least 8-10 hours. Just think about what sleep can do for you.
